Dreams are often our subconscious mind attempting to work through things that we do not allow ourselves to examine consciously. Through my Dream Analysis service we can process any dreams that stand out to you in significance in order to gain insight into your subconscious mind. 

Every experience we have had in our life has taken part in shaping our subconscious.  One of the most powerful forces behind every decision is our subconscious mind, yet it is rarely examined.  Many of us go through life making decisions on autopilot without even realizing it.

If you are in a place in life where you are unhappy with the decisions you are making, yet you are unsure why you keep repeating patterns, you may benefit from examining your dreams and subconscious. Once feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and patterns are moved from the subconscious mind to the conscious mind, change is possible.

The Dream Analysis specialty can be incorporated into any One on One Coaching, Team Building, Family Dynamics, or Relationship Resilience Coaching session or performed as a separate service. 

Dream Analysis on average takes 2 hours.  The Dream Analysis service can be done in person for individuals who live within an hour radius of Mechanicsburg PA within the comfort and privacy of your own home, at my office facility, or done virtually.
