Family dynamics

Family is powerful.  Like roots of a tree, it is where we begin growing, it is where we come from, it is our foundation. Family is the first group of people we have to compare ourselves to. Therefore, the way we see ourselves, and the world, is often shaped by the foundation we have with our families. 

As we grow older, we may wish to continue to view ourselves and our surroundings based off of the ways we learned from our families, or we may wish to explore some ways of reframing things for ourselves.  

The Family Dynamics specilty can be used for anyone seeking an understanding of how their family relationships may be impacting them today, or for families looking to better understand one another. It often helps to have an outside party help untangle the roots, so you may see the beauty within the branches.

Family Dynamics Coaching can be done as its own specific service, or it may also be incorporated into any One on One Coaching, Team Building or Relationship Resilience Coaching session as well.
