The standard rate for Own Your Destiny Coaching services starts at $120.00 per hour and varies depending on the desired level of coaching, frequency of communication, and intensity of growth.
There is NO CHARGE for your consultation at Own Your Destiny Coaching. I offer a free 20 minute consultation to anyone interested in coaching so that individuals have the opportunity to learn about coaching without the pressure of purchase. During the Free Consultation process I will be able to answer any of your questions and determine if I am the best fit for you as a coach. ONE ON ONE COACHING: (virtual)
The standard, most frequently used service at Own Your Destiny Coaching, is a 60 minute One on One Coaching Session via phone. The number of sessions per week and/or month is determine by the client, and is dependent upon the desired level of client/coach communication. ONE ON ONE COACHING: (in person)
In person one on one coaching is available for select clients who meet the criteria. This service is available upon my discretion for clients within an hour radius of Mechanicsburg PA. This service is for clients who can benefit from in person one on one coaching. In person coaching sessions may be done in my office located in Shermans Dale PA, or in the comfort of the clients own home. I recommend this service particularly for the athletes. Athletic confidence building is something that is best done in person, either in the home of the athlete, or at the location of the sport they partake in. Team building is a service designed to bring any group of individuals closer together. Teams may be athletic, professional, casual, or corporate. Customized team building sessions are available by the hour. The Team Building service may be performed virtually, but it is recommended to be performed in person for teams within an hour radius of Mechanicsburg PA. 60 minute Team Building Session: $150.00
Athletic Workshops may be performed with an entire team, or privately with a single athlete one on one. All athletic workshops can be performed virtually, but are recommended to be performed in person for athletes and/or teams within an hour radius of Mechanicsburg PA. All workshops are designed to be within 1.5 to 2 hours in duration, however more or less time may be appropriate depending on the number of athletes. Pricing is subject to variation depending on the number of participants and estimated time of the workshop.
