Life is always changing and shifting, however transitions, positive or negative, can cause stress. Some examples of life transitions are adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy, parenthood, marriage, divorce, breakups, geographical relocation, career shifts, financial changes, retirement, empty nesting, health changes, aging of yourself or family members, and societal shifts (such as COVID).  These are just a few transitions that individuals may want to seek support while navigating.  

No matter what life transition you are currently going through, I am here to help coach you through it. Just like nature, you are endlessly going through seasons, the goal is to simply do so with grace. Most importantly remember that you are not alone.
